Memorial Day

I just love Memorial Day/weekend. There is nothing prettier than seeing the cemetarys all decorated up from flowers to flags of those who have fought and died for us and those who have just passed on. Along with that it brings most families together to make memories. It does for our family. Every year over Memorial weekend we would go to Fountain Green and camp. It wasn't alway a vacation like it is now. It was time to brand, shot and doctor grandpa's cows before they went out on the summer pastures. I wish I had pictures to show a then and now.
Well now that grandpa has past on we make sure we still get together and continue to make memories. I hope you all had a great weekend. Enjoy the pictures.

Kyle gets "Dad of the year" award. He took off our 4 wheeler so we could haul the kids jeeps and all the other toys camping. The guy at the pump next to him getting gas asked Kyle "you going jeeping"? Kyle said "yup professional style". The look on Hayden's face when he seen it was WELL worth it.

I didn't know this soldier but very glad our boss closed shop so we could go pay are repect.
