What a BIG day.

Well yesterday was one of the greatest days of Kyle and I's lives. It was our court date to finalize our adoption. So we get to the court house and I was nervous as if I was there because I had done something wrong. We were assigned to one judge and about 10 after our time they came out and said that we have been move to judge Davis. So off to the court room we went. So all morning I was so worried that Hayden was going to cry though the whole thing. But the lord was on our side and he didn't make a sound util close to the end and then my father in law stood up with him. We were both asked what this adoption ment to us and wow lets just say emotional. There was not a dry eye in the room. It was an amazing feeling to hear the judge say Kyle and Camille Bone your adoption is final you're the parent of Hayden Jennings Bone. After which the judge took Hayden and wrapped him in his judge coat for some pictures. Here is a few pictures. If you notice in one of the goup pictures Hayden spit up the most I have seen in a long time. Sorry just had to post it. He couldn't have snapped it anymore perfect.

But first I want to include part of my talk I gave on Mother's day sunday.
The next mother that plays a special place in my heart is Hayden’s birth mom Lara. I can’t even begin to tell you how much she means to me. How much she has changed my life. She has giving me the best gift anyone could give me. She has given me the privilege to be a mom. I was beginning to think I would never get to be called a mother or be called mom. She has given me the chance to love a child with all my heart as I have been loved. Every day I make sure Hayden hears me tell him just how much I love him and how special of a boy he is. Lara as well as all the other birth moms out there is the strongest, selfless, loving, caring and giving women there is. They have to have to most love and trust that anyone could have to be able to place there child in someone else’s arms. I just hope and pray she knows just what she has done for me. I love her with all my heart, I hope and pray she knows that she made the right decision to place that little boy of hers in the best family possible. And that he is loved by not only me but by soooo many family members and friends. She not only blessed me but my family as well.

Time Flys

Man it was easier to keep this caught up when he was in the hospital, sorry gang. Well Hayden is about 5 1/2 months old now and wow is he getting big. He weighs 12 lbs 4 oz and is 24 in. long. They said he is right where he needs to be. In something things he is older than his adjusted age which is 3 months. He is starting to make lots of noises and has just this week found his hands. Oh the best news is ever sense the camping trip he is sleeping through the night. He wakes up about 5 or 6 eats and then goes back to sleep until about 8 or 9.. I just love him. He is smiling more and more and is almost laughing. As you can see in the pictures.
We went to church for the first time Sunday and let me tell you how well that didn't go. He slept for about 20 min of sacrament and then started to cry LOUDLY so off dad went to the hall. I could still hear him with the doors shut. So next was Sunday school and he laid on the floor happy as could be. So I thought good RS should be good to. Well WRONG. We sat down and he started to get fussy so I tried the binky, NO so I walked out in the hall and could not get him to calm down. So all of a sudden Kyle heard us and came in. So we decided to try feeding him (it hadn't been that long from the last feeding) and that helped. So back into class I went and he finished his bottle. So I burped him while he was sleeping and all of a sudden he belched out the loudest one I have ever heard. The whole class laughed. Well that woke him up and started crying again. Grrr So back outside we went so that class could hear the teacher. I wasn't going back in this time no matter what. After church I told Kyle we aren't going back until he is 5 lol.

Well enough blabbing here is some photos of the guy and our camping trip.

Growing up/Kyle

Sorry it's been a while. With going back to work, it's been kinda busy. Haven't been able to take very many pictures. Not much has been going on here other then he is getting so BIG. One minute we are saying grow grow grow. Now I'm like slow down. I wanted to cry when he didn't fit into his newborn clothes anymore. It went one week newborn next in between and now it's all about 0-3 month. He is getting to be soooo fun. Just ask my father in law. Kyle took him down for a visit and I received a picture text from him saying haha look what he does for me. Hayden had a huge smile on his face. He said Hayden makes it worth getting up at 4 to 6 in the mornings, he smiles the biggest then. He looks at you when you start talking to him especially when his mom talks to him. lol But I will say he loves a mans voice. Kyle can get him to smile so big he almost laughs. Here is a few pictures of him.

Hayden loves watching dancing with the stars with his mom.

So I really hope my son doesn't take after his dad. And this is why. I get home Tuesday night to a phone call. It's Kyle, I asked what ya been doing? He said oh we went hiking looking for sheds. I said oh did you see any? He said ya I have good news and bad. The good news is we think we seen one but it was to late to go get it. I said whats the bad news? He said well as we were hiking I slipped in some mud and fell. He said while I was falling I somehow hit a tree. He said there was a branch that was sharp and it cut my head open and so I'm on my way to the ER. So I called about a half hour later and his brother tells me there are putting staples in his head. The cut is 3 inches long. Here is the before and after. See why I don't want my son to take after him? And I'm sure I don't have a choice in the matter. Boys will be boys and what they do for fun is beyond me.

14 staples later

What a big day

So saturday we took a road trip to see Lara, Hayden's birthmom. We haven't seen her sense he was born. She is doing great, she is still busy with school and friends. She looks great. I hope she could see how happy she has made us and how grateful we are for her and Hayden. I was suprised on how good Hayden was and how awake he was for them. I think he was just loving all the attention he was getting.

Wow time flys

You know I wish time would go this fast when I am at work. My 6 weeks are almost gone and back to work I go. Hayden is doing so good. He has been off his oxygen for about a week now and no more monitors. Mom and dad are loving it. We can take him anywhere now without cords. We went to the doctors the other day and he weights 9lb 7oz, didn't catch how long. He is getting so big. He is sleeping about 5 hours in between his feeding at nights. I'm loving it.
So I met the new baby sitter, well one of the many lol. And I am so excited. She will only have her 2 boys and Hayden which is nice. I love that she is always doing something fun with her kids, very active and that is what I want for Hayden.
Well here is a few picture for you.

This was after my sisters baby blessing. Yes Kyle is in purple next will be pink along with Hayden.

3 Month old today.

Wow time sure does fly by. It's hard to believe Hayden is that old. He looks like a new born and He is still doing good. A few rough nights but they will come and go. He is really starting to move his hands a stays awake for a little longer at a time. He also is noticing lights and moving objects. It's so fun to watch him grow.
Well I finally got his room finished, (thanks Layna for your help on the curtains). The cradle that he is in, has also slept all Kyle's siblings and some of his cousins and all most all the grand kids of Kyle's parents. It turned out pretty cute. Check it out.
